EVT 4-inch two device cover is compatible with 4" square outlet box. The 2-gang two-device cover with pre-tapped holes is perfect for mounting any combination of switches, duplex receptacles or GFCI.
Square two-device mud ring features steel construction with galvanized finish.
The square device cover has angled mounting slots that compensate up to 12 degree for box misalignment.
